Margaritas, anyone?

I might not like to cook but I definitely like to eat!
Bar Taco is a nearby restaurant that has good tacos, margaritas, and quite possibly the best coconut ice cream.

I'm also a fan of how the restaurant is decorated.
Check out some of these pictures below:

The last time Chris and I were there, we noticed this awesome industrial juicer on the bar.
Below is an Instagram picture I took:

We thought it looked really cool and wanted one of our own.
When we googled the name, we discovered that these things don't come cheap.
A new one costs around $150+ (which is at least two car-loads of garage sale finds).
So we hopped on  eBay and found a mildly used one for about 75 bucks.

Here it is in our kitchen:

I've filled a long wooden bowl (garage sale find) with lemons, limes, and oranges.

I suppose you can use the juicer to make fresh O.J. or lemonade but you can bet we'll be making margaritas.

In case you are looking for this juicer and are willing to pay the full price, you can find it here or here.

Nothing like a margarita to trick the mind into thinking it's still summer!

  2. If you take your bananas apart (instead of joined @ the stem) they'll last much longer without browning!
